At KASPA we want to transform the quality and expectations of food delivery services in our communities. We aim to inspire and raise the standard through accelerated delivery times with a delectable variety of food everyday, all through the touch of a button.
Covid saw a massive increase in food delivery ordered through 3rd party platforms, but many restaurants:
could not keep up with the demand due to the size of their kitchen and resources
struggled to deliver food within 30 mins
experienced driver shortages, and fulfillment errors
encountered qualified kitchen staff shortages
This confluence paved the way for the acceleration in growth of the Ghost/Dark kitchens, where restaurants tried to pivot and add other brands and even cuisines on top of existing offerings
However, whilst the concept manages the demand issue, it fails to address the changes in customer expectations in terms of quality and speed of delivery
From this, KASPA Brands was born. A delivery only concept that has crafted and created multiple new quality restaurant brands all produced under one kitchen and delivered by our own drivers.
